Today's plan: weights, yoga
So the weights went well, I added an extra rep- ran it thru after doing the first two. And Burpees. Oh, how we love our burpees, right? I started small, just doing the squat, plank, squat and stand up when I first decided I should try these. I did those with the first 2 reps and then graduated to a pushup and jump for the last. That was fun :) The yoga was preemmpted. I hoped it would never happen, but finally someone got around to challenging me. I did the ice bucket challenge tonight, and it was, um, refreshing?
