Today's Plan: run at race pace
So I stopped dithering, and decided that I needed to practice my target race pace. Distance I can do, but I need to work on consistent speed. I ran a half-mile to warm up, then sped up to my target pace. After a mile, I slowed down for the last half-mile. Astonishingly, I actually posted my fastest 2mile time to date. Next I go for 2 miles with a half-mile warm up and cool down!
