8/14

Today's Plan: 1mile sprint followed by weight training
Plan went smashingly until I ran (literally) into a bee--or wasp. He didn't introduce himself, just left his stinger in my arm and bounced off. Still managed a personal best mile, especially since I started UP an 800yd hill. Yes, I know that means I finished down the hill, but first I went up!!
