Today's Plan: Weights and Stretching
I know, you're saying "but wait, 2 days ago you ran 1 mile at race pace, then yesterday you ran 2 miles at race pace, why didn't you do 3 miles at race pace today??" Seeing as how I am preparing for a 3m race on Sunday, that would be a logical progression. Who wants to be logical? I hadn't done my weights at all this week, and I definitely needed some stretching in my lower body to make Sunday easier.
